Due to our rapid growth on a global scale, we are expanding our sales team! We are now looking for additional Regional Sales Managers.
The role as Regional Sales Manager for Dugga means that you are working towards both our existing and new customers. In addition, you identify and develop distribution channels.
Your task is to establish and develop customer contacts by phone and email and ensure sales for the segment. Your tasks include incoming requests, creating proposals and to follow up targeted marketing campaigns and/or product offerings. The main objective or this position is to reach sales goals and contract renewal targets.
You will manage the work pro-actively through different activities such as webinars, road shows and exhibitions. We are looking for a service minded strong salesperson, who understands technical sales and marketing. A pro-active person with "high drive", that always has the customer's best interests in mind. You see it as a motivational challenge and are passionate about reaching the company’s sales targets. As a person you are positive, service minded and a team-player.

Who you are
To succeed in the role, you are a driven person who wants to be part of an exciting journey and expand Dugga’s international business expansion. You are committed and you have previous experience of B2B sales. You work pro-actively towards new customers. We are looking for those who are bold and driven with a technical mind. You work persistently and effectively during times of success as well as during setbacks. You are an enthusiastic person who likes to work towards goals and reach them. To achieve your goals in this role, you need to have excellent skills in relationships building with customers and colleagues, you are a good listener and can express yourself well in speech and writing both in Swedish and English. However, it is not a requirement to have previous experience of working towards schools/education. Driving license is a great merit.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience from international sales, within SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to reach set targets
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new pipeline opportunities.
- You are structured in the way you work and do business.
- You are self-motivated, persistent, and driven.
- You have excellent skills in English both written and spoken
- Bonus: if you have good knowledge in either Spanish, German or French
- Bonus: if you have experience of CRM-systems and Marketing Automation
- Bonus: if you have experience of managing reseller channel network
- Bonus: if you have a University degree or equivalent

You will be responsible for all direct sales including build up and managing our reseller network activities within your assigned territory/vertical segment.
You will work in a technical environment that requires some technical knowledge and knowledge of traditional software and SaaS system integration sales.
You can work independently or in small groups with both own and joint Projects/Prospects and Reseller Activities
You will work with potential leads/prospects regarding online/onsite demo, trial installations but also with customization and integration needs
